Online Psychiatric Care in Massachusetts, Delivered by Video

A psychiatrist appointment shouldn’t cost you a half-day off work or a two-hour round trip. CFF Medical & Behavioral Health is a licensed online psychiatrist in Massachusetts, providing full evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care entirely by video, from anywhere in the state.

Our telehealth mental health services in Massachusetts run on a video platform you join from home, work, or your car during a lunch break. Every part of your care, from the first evaluation to ongoing prescriptions, is delivered as online mental health treatment in Massachusetts built around your schedule.

Who Our Telehealth Model Helps Most

This service is built for people who:

  • Have anxiety or panic attacks disrupting their sleep, work, or relationships
  • Are managing bipolar disorder or schizoaffective disorder and need consistent, tracked medication management
  • Deal with chronic insomnia that hasn’t improved with over-the-counter fixes
  • Are working through substance use or addiction recovery
  • Want more than a 15-minute visit and a refilled prescription
  • Live in an area of Massachusetts where the nearest psychiatrist has a months-long waitlist

If one of these applies to you, an evaluation is the fastest way to get a clear treatment plan.

Conditions We Treat Online in Massachusetts

Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Generalized anxiety and panic disorder, including racing heart, tight chest, and shortness of breath. Treated with medication and coping strategies.

Bipolar Disorder

Diagnosis and mood stabilization for Bipolar I and Bipolar II, with medication adjusted as symptoms change across ongoing follow-up appointments.

Schizoaffective Disorder

Combined treatment for mood symptoms and psychotic symptoms, coordinated by one provider rather than split across several separate outside specialists.

Antipsychotic Medication Management

Careful dosing, side-effect monitoring, and medication adjustments made at every follow-up appointment, not just your very first medical prescription visit.

Sleep Disorders

Insomnia treatment that addresses the underlying cause, whether anxiety, racing thoughts, or a disrupted schedule, not one fix for everyone.

Borderline Personality Disorder

Therapy focused on emotional regulation and relationship patterns, helping reduce intense mood swings and build more stable, secure personal connections.

How We Structure Your Care

  • Medication selected based on your specific symptoms and treatment history
  • Side effects and effectiveness reviewed at every follow-up appointment
  • Dosage and medication changes made as your symptoms change

Therapy Paired With Medication

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques used alongside medication where appropriate
  • Coping strategies specific to your triggers, not general advice
  • Ongoing sessions to track what’s working and adjust what isn’t

Every Visit by Secure Video
