Online Anxiety Care

Support for Anxiety That Affects Sleep, Focus, and Daily Life

Anxiety shows up as racing thoughts before a meeting, a chest that tightens for no clear reason, or nights spent replaying conversations you can’t stop thinking about. Left untreated, it narrows your life — fewer plans made, more excuses given, more energy spent managing symptoms instead of living them.

CFF Medical & Behavioral Health delivers online anxiety treatment in Massachusetts through video visits, so you get a specific diagnosis, a targeted medication plan if needed, and therapy that addresses your actual triggers, not generic relaxation tips. Every appointment happens on secure video, with no travel required anywhere in the state.

You book an appointment, log in from your phone or computer at the scheduled time, and meet with a licensed provider who reviews your symptoms and history in detail. No parking, no waiting room, no half-day taken off work. If you’re in Boston, Worcester, Springfield, or a smaller town without a psychiatrist nearby, the appointment works the same way.

If anxiety is interfering with work, sleep, or relationships, an evaluation gives you a clear next step and a specific plan.

Patient Profile: Common Signs It's Time to Seek Anxiety Treatment

  • You have panic attacks with a racing heart, tight chest, or shortness of breath
  • Worry keeps you up at night or interrupts your focus during the day
  • You avoid meetings, calls, or social situations because of anxiety
  • Physical symptoms like nausea, tension, or fatigue show up with no clear medical cause
  • You’ve tried breathing exercises or self-help apps without lasting relief
  • A previous provider prescribed medication without follow-up to check if it worked
  • Your anxiety has gotten worse over the past several months instead of improving
  • You’ve never had a formal evaluation and aren’t sure if what you’re feeling qualifies as an anxiety disorder

If two or more of these match your experience, a full evaluation is the fastest way to get a targeted treatment plan.

Types of Anxiety We Treat

Anxiety takes different forms, and treatment starts with identifying which one you’re dealing with.

Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Persistent worry about work, finances, or health that doesn’t let up, even when nothing is actively wrong. Often paired with muscle tension, restlessness, and trouble concentrating.

Panic Disorder

Sudden panic attacks with a racing heart, chest pain, or a feeling that something is seriously wrong, even when there’s no physical cause. Often followed by a fear of the next attack.

Social Anxiety Disorder

Intense fear of judgment in meetings, conversations, or public settings that leads to avoidance, canceled plans, and rehearsed responses before routine interactions.

Health Anxiety

Persistent worry about having a serious illness, frequent symptom-checking, and difficulty accepting reassurance from medical results.

Phobias

Sharp, specific fear reactions to situations like flying, heights, or enclosed spaces, strong enough to shape everyday decisions.

Obsessive Thought Patterns

Intrusive, repetitive worries that loop even when you recognize they’re irrational, often paired with checking behaviors or mental rituals meant to reduce the anxiety they cause.

How We Treat Your Anxiety

At CFF Medical & Behavioral Health, treatment starts with an accurate diagnosis and adjusts based on what actually works for you.

We Diagnose Before We Prescribe

A one-hour evaluation identifies your specific anxiety type, triggers, and history before we recommend medication or therapy. We also screen for overlapping conditions like depression or sleep disorders that often accompany anxiety and go untreated if missed.

We Track Whether Your Medication Works

Follow-up visits review effectiveness and side effects. We change the dose or the medication itself when something isn’t working, instead of leaving a prescription unchanged for months.

We Use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Sessions target the specific thought patterns driving your anxiety and give you strategies to use in the moment, not just in session.

You Leave Every Visit With a Clear Plan

Each appointment ends with the next steps you understand — what changed, what to expect, and when to check back in — instead of a vague “let’s see how it goes.”

We Coordinate With Your Other Providers

If you’re already seeing a therapist or primary care doctor, we communicate directly with them when you authorize it, so your anxiety treatment fits into your broader care instead of running separately from it.
