Telehealth Sleep Disorder Care

Telehealth Care for Insomnia and Sleep Disorders

Poor sleep doesn’t stay in bed. It follows you into work, into conversations, into decisions you make on too little rest. When falling asleep or staying asleep becomes a nightly struggle, everything else gets harder too: focus, mood, patience, energy.

Telehealth sleep disorder treatment in Massachusetts at CFF Medical & Behavioral Health starts by figuring out what’s actually keeping you up, stress, anxiety, an irregular schedule, or something else, then builds a plan around that specific cause. Every appointment happens on secure video, with no travel required anywhere in the state.

You book an appointment, log in from your phone or computer, and talk to a licensed provider about your sleep patterns and what you’ve already tried. No waiting room, no half-day off work. Whether you’re in Boston, Worcester, Springfield, or a town without a specialist nearby, the appointment works the same way.

If poor sleep has been a problem for weeks or months, not just a rough night here and there, an evaluation can identify what’s driving it.

Common Signs It's Time to Seek Sleep Disorder Treatment

  • You lie awake for 30 minutes or longer most nights before falling asleep
  • You wake up multiple times during the night and struggle to fall back asleep
  • You wake up feeling exhausted even after a full night in bed
  • Racing thoughts or worry keep your mind active at bedtime
  • You rely on alcohol, sleep aids, or screens to fall asleep
  • Your sleep has gotten worse alongside stress, anxiety, or a major life change
  • You’ve tried melatonin or over-the-counter aids without lasting improvement
  • Your sleep schedule has become unpredictable. Some nights you sleep fine, others you barely sleep at all
  • You’ve noticed your sleep problems getting worse over the past several weeks instead of improving on their own

If two or more of these sound familiar, a full evaluation is the fastest way to get a specific treatment plan.

Types of Sleep Disorders We Treat

Chronic Insomnia

Trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early, happening several nights a week for a month or longer.

Anxiety and Depression-Related Insomnia

Sleep disruption tied directly to an underlying mental health condition, where treating the anxiety or depression often improves sleep too.

Trauma-Related Insomnia and Nightmares

Sleep disturbances connected to PTSD or past trauma, often including nightmares or waking suddenly in a state of alertness.

Circadian Rhythm Disruption

An irregular schedule, shift work, or inconsistent sleep and wake times that throw off your body’s natural sleep cycle.

Situational Insomnia

Short-term sleep problems triggered by a specific stressor, a new job, a breakup, a health scare, that haven’t resolved on their own.

How We Treat Sleep Disorders

At CFF Medical & Behavioral Health, treatment starts with identifying the cause, since insomnia rarely happens without a reason.

Sleep-Focused Evaluation

A one-hour assessment covers your sleep patterns, health history, and lifestyle factors to identify what’s actually disrupting your rest.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia

CBT-I is the most effective long-term treatment for chronic insomnia, addressing the thoughts and habits keeping your sleep disrupted.

Medication Reviewed at Every Visit

When medication is part of your plan, we prioritize non-habit-forming options and review effectiveness at every follow-up.

Sleep Hygiene Built Around Your Life

Practical adjustments to your evening routine, screen use, and sleep environment, tailored to your actual schedule, not a generic checklist.

Treating What's Behind the Insomnia

If anxiety, depression, or trauma is driving your sleep problems, we treat that condition alongside your sleep, not as a separate issue.

Coordinated With Your Other Providers

If you’re seeing a therapist or primary care doctor, we coordinate directly with them when you authorize it, so your care fits together.

Something Specific to Track Between Visits

Every appointment ends with a clear next step, a sleep log to keep, a habit to change, or a symptom to watch for, so progress is measurable instead of vague.
